Pick shiitake mushrooms at Yatsugatake Energy Farm, where they cultivate 100% domestically grown, additive-free, pesticide-free shiitake.
Step inside the greenhouse and you’ll see rows upon rows of mushroom beds – an impressive sight!
Choose your favorite shiitake and harvest them yourself.
Each bag contains approximately 15–17 mushrooms.
You can take home around 400g of thick, large shiitake.
After picking, enjoy your freshly harvested mushrooms grilled over NADA’s charcoal BBQ.
Just grilling them brings out their juicy, exquisite flavor.
